Sunday's Division I women's soccer schedule will be a bit tamer – in terms of noteworthy matchups – when compared to the previous Friday's slew of big games. There are only three games slated for Sunday that feature top-50 teams in the CS360 Composite National Rankings going head-to-head: #23 Virginia Tech vs. #30 LSU (11:30 ET; at Wake Forest) ... #41 Arizona State at #20 South Carolina (1 ET) ... and #17 San Diego at #47 Minnesota (11 PT).
There are 13 of the CS360 top-50 teams (including six of the top-10) that won't be in action on Sunday, but three of them are slated to play on Labor Day (Sept. 5): #31 Georgetown vs. Fairfield (12 ET) and #33 Boston University at #40 Monmouth (2 ET). The other CS360 teams that won't be playing on Sunday include: #1 North Carolina, #2 Stanford, #5 Boston College, #7 Texas A&M, #8 Florida, #10 Virginia, #13 BYU, #34 Louisville, #45 West Virginia and #48 Tennessee.
