SUPER SENIORS ...
Current Stanford veterans (from left) Teresa Noyola, Camille Levin, Kristy Zurmuhlen and Lindsay Taylor rank among the winningest senior classes in Division I women's soccer history (93-4-4/.941) ... 75-1-4/.963 in regular season; NCAA semifinalist in 2008, runner-up in '09 and '10, have reached '11 semifinals

Notes: The 2-1 OT win over Oklahoma state  on Nov. 20, 2011, tied Stanford for 12th among winningest senior classes in the 30-year D-I women's soccer history ... among the 21 seniors classes that now have totaled more than 90 career wins, the current Stanford seniors own the 10th-best win pct. (.941) ... if Stanford closes with two more wins, those seniors would finish 95-4-4 with a .942 win pct. (still would be 10th all-time, behind nine UNC classes) ... if the Cardinal seniors total two more wins, the 95 total Ws would make them the ninth class ever with 95-plus career wins (also UNC 94-95-96-97-98-99-00-06) ... after the win over OK State, the 2011 Stanford seniors have surpassed the win totals of the top ND senior classes (92, in '06 and '08) ... UNC's 2009 seniors (94-9-4 career record) and ND's '09 seniors (91-11-4) had a combined record of 185-20-8 (.887) ... UNC and ND's senior classes met in the '06 NCAA final (combined 188-10-6 career record/.936 win pct. entering that game) and again in the '08 title game (combined senior-class record of 185-16-7/.906 entering that final) ... UNC and ND's seniors did not face each other in the 1997 NCAAs (ND lost to UConn in the semifinals), but they had 193 combined wins from 1994-97.

Senior classes that have played in four College Cup final weekends (30 classes; thru 2011)

• North Carolina  (seniors in 1985 through 2003; 19 total classes)

• UCLA  (seniors in 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009; 4 total classes)

• Notre Dame  (seniors in 1997, 2009 and 2010; 3 total classes)

• Massachusetts  (seniors in 1986 and 1987;  2 total classes)

Stanford  (seniors in 2011)

• Santa Clara's 1999 seniors

Notes: The Pac-12 is the only conference with two program on this list. There have been only five semifinal fields – 1986 (UNC & UMass), 1987 (UNC & UMass), 1997 (UNC & ND), 1999 (UNC & SCU) and 2009 (UCLA & ND) – that featured multiple teams each led by a senior class that had advanced to the College Cup final weekend all four seasons in their respective careers (prior to 2009, it had been 10 years since this previously happened) ... three of the four schools with multiple senior classes on this list (UNC-ND-UCLA) all competed in the 2009 NCAA semifinals.
